The Garden House is a unique and beautiful co-living space located in the heart of the city. The house is aptly named for its standout feature - a stunning garden that allows you to relax and enjoy nature in the midst of the city hustle and bustle. As soon as you walk in, you'll be captivated by the beautifully tiled flooring and little angels adorning the entrance area that reflect the lovely history of the building - designed by the famous Antwerp chocolatier Alfred Martougin in 1876. The Garden House has 15 rooms in total: 5 premium rooms for those who want to enjoy more space (25+sq.m.) and include kitchenettes for added convenience and privacy, and 5 luxury rooms ranging from 20 to 25 sq.m with private access to the garden and 5 without. Regardless of which room you choose you will have access to all of the incredible amenities that The Garden House has to offer: rooms equipped with ensuite bathrooms, desks, cabinets, and queen size beds. One of the best features of The Garden House is its spacious and cozy common area, which includes a library corner for peaceful reading and a big kitchen where you can cook and connect with other members of the community. The house is located in Edegem, within 2 minutes walk from bus 32 going to Antwerpen Central station and to the vicinity of Sint Augustinus Hospital, also within 2 minutes walk from bus 140, 141, and 35 going directly to University Hospital Antwerp.
