Huis te koop, Vamos RBV63915

A privileged piece of land with unobstructed mountain views in Apokoronas Nestled inside a fertile, green haven, a breath away from the scenic village of Kaina, this piece of property sits in an ideal location, surrounded by beautiful olive groves and unspoiled Cretan nature offering unobstructed views of the mountains. The overall surface of the land is about 1700 m2 and lies outside of the residential zone which is translated into an overall building permit of about 169 m2 for residence. It should be noted that the plot is offered along with the building permits for 2 houses and 1 swimming pool, lowering the overall cost in case of possible new construction. The front of the plot overlooks the White mountains and is bordered by a rural, asphalt road that connects the villages of Kaina and Vamos with the Chania - Rethymno national road. The pivotal location of the land, its vantage point in terms of views, the serenity of the surrounding scenery, and its proximity to the biggest village in the region & the national road, make this property an excellent investment opportunity.
