Two bathrooms are well-stocked with essentials, including a bathtub, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linens are provided. Free parking is provided directly in front of the house, including an EV charger for electric vehicles, and two bicycles are available for guests. A BBQ grill with barbecue utensils is ready for outdoor meals. Koksijde sits on the Belgian coast with a relaxed, unhurried character. Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 09:00. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. Check-in is possible from 17:00 on the first day of the rental period, and check-out is by 10:00 on the last day. Guests are required to complete an online pre-check-in form prior to arrival. Guests must treat the accommodation with respect and report any damage or issues promptly. All windows and doors must be closed and locked when leaving the accommodation. Guests must be mindful of neighbors and maintain peace and quiet at all times. Organizing parties or festivities is not allowed. The minimum age of guests is 26 years, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Fire extinguishers, hoses, and ladders may only be used in case of emergency. Smoke detectors should not be manipulated. The accommodation may be equipped with equipment monitoring the exterior, including noise levels, temperature, movement, and images. Guests must tidy up the accommodation, leaving it broom clean and in the condition it was found in upon arrival. Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation, and must follow check-out instructions. Guests must comply with applicable local laws and regulations. The identification details of all guests, with the exception of children aged 2 or less, must be communicated during pre-check-in, and the total number of guests may never exceed the maximum number stated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pets are not allowed. Smoking and/or using e-cigarettes is forbidden in the accommodation, communal areas, and the entire residence. Possessing, using, and/or dealing drugs is prohibited at all times. Guests are required to keep the accommodation clean at all times and to sort their waste. Hiding or dumping waste is strictly prohibited. Pouring dirty water, grease, or food waste down drains is prohibited. Strangers must never be given access to the accommodation or residence. Keys or access badges must never be left unattended. At the end of the stay, keys or access badges must be left where they were found or in the indicated place. Giving keys or access badges to third parties or duplicating keys is prohibited. Guests must not make excessive use of utilities, including water, electricity, and heating. Guests are prohibited from increasing the temperature to higher than 23°C or dropping it lower than 16°C. Vehicles must be parked lawfully in, on, or around the accommodation and only in designated parking areas. Charging electric cars or bicycles at the accommodation is not allowed unless explicitly agreed otherwise. It is prohibited to use the accommodation for professional and/or commercial purposes. Spaces, cupboards, and items marked 'private' are not intended for guests. It is forbidden to change the layout of the accommodation, move furniture, make changes to technical installations, add or change locks, set up tents or other structures, affix or install items in the accommodation, or damage the accommodation. Guests shall always use ancillary facilities in accordance with the terms and conditions and instructions of the owner. Any additional costs associated with the use of such facilities must be accepted if provided in the terms and conditions.
