- Copy of your employment contract: CDI or apprenticeship/internship
- The last 3 pay slips (if the contract has already started - it's okay if not)
- Valid passport and/or identity card (work permit if applicable)

The following condition must be met:
- The gross monthly salary must be twice the amount of the monthly rent

Other conditions must be met before key delivery:
- Security deposit of 2 months (excluding charges)
- Payment of the rent for the first month including charges
- Agency fees: 50% of one month's rent excluding charges + applicable VAT
