Boulogne is the capital of the Opal Coast and, in addition to a multitude of bars and restaurants, also offers a historic city center with a basilica and the old city walls. The Romans were already there, but Boulogne was also an important fortress in the Middle Ages.

To be clear...we are selling this apartment because we bought a larger apartment in the same residence (for 6 people with a larger terrace).
It is also important to know that we work with a rental system. 'Evancy' works through a hotel formula where we, as owners, can stay in our apartment at least 56 nights a year. With the proceeds we manage to cover all costs (land charges, taxes, syndic, accountant, hotel costs (cleaning, bed and bath linen, maintenance, etc.).
