The living room is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, flat-screen TV with Netflix, a large open plan dining area and a kitchen. ✔ The kitchen has a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery and flatware for 6 guests. ✔ The bathroom has a sink and shower and the toilet has its own room. ✔ The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe ✔ There is a washer in the apartment. ✔ Baby cot (Travel pack n' play) is available on demand (10 Euros) ✔ Luggage room available free of charge (for early arrival or late departure) We aim to provide a comfortable and seamless stay for our guests. Cleaning Request: ● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. ● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome small dogs (under 13 kg)! Approval is required to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. Here’s what you need to know: Pets Accepted: Small dogs under 13 kg only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets. Approval Process: Let us know your dog’s breed, size, and any relevant details for pre-approval. Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning. Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and does not disturb the neighbors. We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
