The living room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV with Netflix, a couch, a round dining table and a kitchen. ✔ The kitchen has a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery and flatware for 4 guests. ✔ The bathroom has a sink and shower and the toilet has its own room. ✔ There is a washer in the apartment. ✔ Baby cot (Travel pack n' play) is available on demand (10 Euros) ✔ Luggage room available free of charge (for early arrival or late departure) We aim to provide a comfortable and seamless stay for our guests. Other Things to Note: Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome small dogs (under 13 kg)! Approval is required to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. Here’s what you need to know: Pets Accepted: Small dogs under 13 kg only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets. Approval Process: Let us know your dog’s breed, size, and any relevant details for pre-approval. Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning. Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and does not disturb the neighbors. Guest support is available from 9 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Additional cleaning on demand is also available at a surcharge. We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied.
