The living room is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, flat-screen TV with Netflix, a large open plan dining area and a kitchen. ✔ The kitchen has a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery and flatware for 6 guests. ✔ The bathroom has a sink and shower and the toilet has its own room. ✔ The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe ✔ There is a washer in the apartment. ✔ Baby cot (Travel pack n' play) is available on demand (10 Euros) ✔ Luggage room available free of charge (for early arrival or late departure) ✔ For your safety and that of the building community, this property has cameras located on the common areas of the building. The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Cleaning Request: ● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. ● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Here’s what you need to know: ● Pets Accepted: Small dogs under 13 kg only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets. ● Approval Process: Let us know your dog’s breed, size, and any relevant details for pre-approval. ● Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning. ● Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and does not disturb the neighbors. ● Guest support is available from 9 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Additional cleaning on demand is also available at a surcharge. ● We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges. ● The apartment is intended exclusively for accommodation purposes.
