Please note that there is no elevator, and access is via stairs only. ● Entertainment: The TV is equipped with Netflix for your streaming needs. Cable channels are not available. ● Quiet Residential Area: While the building is in a peaceful neighborhood, Brussels is a vibrant city — occasional urban noise may be heard. ● Guest Support: Our guest support team is available daily from 9 a.m. to midnight to assist you with anything you may need during your stay. ● Extra Services: Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. ● Check-out Policy: A 30-minute grace period is allowed after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After that, a late check-out fee may apply. ● House Rules Enforcement: Charges may apply for damage to furniture, including the sofa, or for hosting unauthorized guests.
