It features a 180 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and an open dining area. ✔ A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and tableware. ✔ A modern bathroom with a shower and sink, plus a separate toilet for added privacy. ✔ A comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. ✔ A washer for your laundry needs. ✔ Baby cot (Travel Pack 'n Play) available on request (€10). ✔ Luggage storage is free for early arrivals or late departures. ✔ For your safety and that of the building community, this property has cameras located on the common areas of the building. If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics. Other Things to Note: Here’s what you need to know: ● Pets Accepted: Small dogs under 13 kg only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets. ● Approval Process: Let us know your dog’s breed, size, and any relevant details for pre-approval. ● Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning. ● Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and does not disturb the neighbors. ● Guest support is available from 9 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Additional cleaning on demand is also available at a surcharge. ● We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges. ● The apartment is intended exclusively for accommodation purposes.
