The 7-night setting reflects (hidden) search parameters only. A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. We kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions. ● Top-Floor Tranquility: The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential building. Please note that there is no elevator, and access is via stairs only. ● Quiet Residential Area: While the building is in a peaceful neighborhood, Brussels is a vibrant city — occasional urban noise may be heard. ● Guest Support: Our guest support team is available daily from 9 a.m. to midnight to assist you with anything you may need during your stay. ● Extra Services: Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. ● Check-out Policy: A 30-minute grace period is allowed after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After that, a late check-out fee may apply. ● House Rules Enforcement: Charges may apply for damage to furniture, including the sofa, or for hosting unauthorized guests.
