The living room is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, a large open plan dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen has a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery and flatware for 6 guests. Bedroom 1 has a large bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub. Bedroom 2 and 3 have a double bed The second bathroom has a sink and shower and the toilet has its own room. The 7-night setting reflects (hidden) search parameters only. A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. Here’s what you need to know: ● Pets Accepted: Small dogs under 13 kg only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets. ● Approval Process: Let us know your dog’s breed, size, and any relevant details for pre-approval. ● Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning. ● Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and does not disturb the neighbors. ● Guest support is available from 9 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Additional cleaning on demand is also available at a surcharge. ● We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges. ● The apartment is intended exclusively for accommodation purposes.
