Hello! Je suis artiste et en formation pour exercer le massage japonais shiatsu. Je recherche une colocataire, une personne femme, étudiante ou stagiaire. La chambre a une superficie de 16m2, est située au 1er étage et est lumineuse du matin jusque vers 15H. Elle se trouve côté rue (peu de passage et très calme), avec en biais la vue qui s’ouvre sur des arbres au loin (et en face les façades de la rue). La maison, de 106 m2, est construite sur 2 étages. Il y a 2 Chambres (la mienne est sous le toit et me sert aussi de bureau; elle fait 30m2), nous partageons une salle de bain au 1er et un rdc avec cuisine, salon (avec un petit écran), salle à manger... et une porte fenêtre qui donne vers un jardin de 80m2. Ma maison est située à Drogenbos (à un mètre de Uccle et à 10 minutes de Forest à Bruxelles). Des écoles telles que EPFC, HE2B (campus ISES), et l’EAFC par exemple se trouvent non loin. Les campus de la VUB et de l'ULB sont accessibles en vélo ou en tram en 30 minutes. Pour les stages, le siège de l’Union Européenne est à 20 minutes par train à partir de la gare de saint job (qui se trouve à 15 minutes de chez moi). C’est un lieu apaisant et connecté par le tram (4, 18), les bus (60, 43, 74, 75, Noctis 11 et 12...) ainsi que les trains (Gare d'Uccle Calvoet) qui vont vers le centre, Saint Gilles, Forest, Uccle, Ixelles, Anderlecht, Saint Josse, Schaerbeek. Je recherche que chacune se sente bien dans le cadre qui est proposé. Je demande le respect des lieux, et que chacune s'investisse pour que la maison reste propre. La maison est en cours d’aménagement, il y a des endroits qui vont être améliorés, mais c’est déjà très cosy! Les meubles sont neufs pour la cuisine, et sinon j'ai privilégié le recyclage : la maison est aménagée de vieux meubles et d'autres plus modernes. J'aime que nous puissions être dans une ambiance de partage de vie. Le jardinage est ouvert ;) j'aime aussi m'en occuper ! Dans le voisinage, se trouvent des chemins verts pour les envies de promenades, des supermarchés et des commerces bios, ainsi que des quartiers qui évoluent. Je demande une caution de 500 euros. Le loyer et les charges sont payables pour le 4 de chaque mois au plus tard. Des séjours de quelques mois sont possibles, à partir de 4 mois minimum pour une question de gestion (et de pouvoir assurer le suivi des locations) mais je désire commencer par une période de un mois réservée sur cette plateforme. The room is 16m2, on the 1st floor and is bright from morning until around 3pm. It is on the street side (not much traffic and very quiet), with an angled view of trees in the distance (and opposite the facades of the street). The house, measuring 106 m2, is built over 2 floors. There are 2 bedrooms (mine is under the roof and also serves as my office; it's 30m2), we share a bathroom on the 1st floor and a ground floor with a kitchen, living room (with a small screen), dining room... and a French window that opens onto an 80m2 garden. My house is located in Drogenbos (one metre from Uccle and 10 minutes from Forest in Brussels). Schools such as EPFC, HE2B (ISES campus) and EAFC, for example, are not far away. The VUB and ULB campuses can be reached by bike or tram in 30 minutes. For internships, the head(hidden) of the European Union are 20 minutes away by train from Saint Job station (which is 15 minutes from where I live). It's a peaceful place, connected by tram (4, 18), bus (60, 43, 74, 75, Noctis 11 and 12...) and train (Uccle Calvoet station) to the centre, Saint Gilles, Forest, Uccle, Ixelles, Anderlecht, Saint Josse and Schaerbeek. I expect everyone to respect the house and to do their utmost to keep it clean. The house is in the process of being refurbished, and there are places that will be improved, but it's already very cosy! The furniture is new for the kitchen, and otherwise I've opted for recycling: the house is fitted out with old and more modern furniture. I love the fact that we can share life together. The garden is open ;) I also like to look after it! Here around, you'll find green paths for walking, supermarkets and organic shops, as well as evolving neighbourhoods. I'm asking for a deposit of 500 euros as security for our agreement, and the rent plus utilities are payable by the 4th of each month at the latest.
