Elk appartement heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een aparte badkamer met een lavabomeubel, toilet en douche en een eigen slaapkamer met een eigen balkon met uitzicht op de groene omgeving rondom. Je kunt kiezen tussen een volledig gemeubileerd appartement met alle comfort die je maar kunt bedenken of je kunt je eigen meubels meenemen en de plek helemaal je eigen maken. Onze residentie ligt in een groene, landelijke omgeving, vlakbij het gezellige dorpje Zoersel. We beschikken over een zeer ruime parking waar je gratis kan parkeren. We bieden korte huurcontracten vanaf een maand. What about a student life in a cosy city flat, together with 4 other students? You can cook together with your roommates in the common kitchen on the ground floor. Don't feel like cooking? No problem, you stay close to various places to eat and go out, about 5 minutes from the centre. Around the corner you will find a bakery and the grocery shop is 100m from the residence. Whenever the weather is nice, you can eat or drink something in the communal outdoor area. Or just have a good chat with your roommates. You share the bathroom with 1, maximum 2, fellow students. Moreover, the kitchen and the bathrooms on the ground floor and the first floor are cleaned every month. The student room is 14m2, has a lot of light and wooden floors. It is furnished with a single bed without mattress (provided by the student), a work desk with chair and a wardrobe. Internet is provided and there is a possibility to connect a TV. The room also has central heating, a sink with hot and cold water and a central fire detection system.
