The common areas consist of a common kitchen, living room, tv room, gym, laundry corner, and a courtyard with barbecue + bike shelter. In the kitchen, each tenant has a private cupboard with fridge, cutlery, pans and pots and dishware. Room 23 in Tomberg house is on the fourth floor courtyard side with a private bathroom and toilet on the same floor. The room is 14sqm.
