The student apartments (T1/T2) are fully furnished and equipped. Some of them are even suitable for co-living. Designed by an interior architect, our apartments have a refined design and careful decoration, which allows for optimized, functional and comfortable space management. These havens of peace have a living space with an office area, a sleeping area, a kitchen area and a private bathroom, while being bright. Large common areas including a common kitchen, chill out & coworking areas, a fitness area, a laundry room, are accessible to all residents. The decoration and layout have been designed to create friendly spaces, conducive to meetings. Finally, Vincent, the residence manager, is present for all the residents and organizes events throughout the year that give the residence a sense of living in a large shared apartment.
