Des travaux sur la maison principale sont également à envisager : les portes et fenêtres sont en simple vitrage, l'électricité date du début des années 80, le chauffage est au fioul, le toit de la grange est à revoir... Le deuxième corps de ferme (plus ancien) est constitué d'une maison d'habitation à rénover intégralement (sauf les murs et le toit refait), d'une grange, d'un hangar, d'une petite remise située à l'écart, sur près d'1,4 hectare de terrain bénéficiant d'un puits.. On pénètre dans la maison par un bel escalier en pierre. On arrive alors dans un futur séjour de 33 m², une cuisine et deux chambres. A l'étage supérieur, les combles (90 m² ) sont aménageables. Le rez de chaussée est constitué de caves. Séparée de la maison par un petit passage couvert se trouve une grange sur deux niveaux de plus de 70 m², aménageable. Enfin, à l'opposé se trouve un hangar. Un peu plus bas, une petite remise sur deux niveaux -à rénover complètement- se trouve à proximité d'un point d'eau.
