- Left barn: approx. 3 dwellings (single-family). Garage/parking space solution to be planned.

Variant B - Apartment building component
- Right barn: as in variant A (2 units).
- Main house: single-family dwelling with garden, again with adaptation of the rear boundary.
- Left barn: apartment building, number of units depends on available parking spaces.

Structure & communal living
- Condominium courtyard: mandatory if one of the variants is implemented.
- No further expansion recommended on the neighboring building (2A, rue de Roodt), to preserve the living quality and expansion reserves of the right-hand barn.
