Firstly, a good integration of the building in the city center by an aesthetic identity relying on a dialogue between natural stone and non-reflective glass elements. K2 is comprised of six ideally-located office buildings at the intersection of two main roads, Boulevard Kennedy and Rue Coudenove Calerghi, right in the heart of Kirchberg. The architects' firm Art & Build, in partnership with Tetra Kayser, was responsible for its design. The idea was to imagine an open, functional and modular environment, with a maximum of natural light, thermal and acoustic comfort, as well as an exceptional view on the outside. Footbridges were installed between the buildings. K2 extends over a 2.5 ha site, half of which is devoted to paths and green spaces.
