The Space: Step into our sleek studio apartment, bathed in natural light from expansive windows. It features a spacious open-plan living area, thoughtfully adorned with modern furniture and a large flat-screen TV – the perfect setting to unwind after exploring the city. Adjacent to this space is a contemporary dining area, ready to host your culinary delights. The apartment also boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a clean, minimalist design, and plenty of workspace. All necessary cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience, setting the stage for your culinary adventures. The living area effortlessly leads into the sleeping space, housing a luxurious queen-size bed and offering generous storage for your belongings. The studio is beautifully rounded off with an elegantly designed bathroom, equipped with high-end fixtures and a walk-in shower, providing a refreshing personal retreat. With a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and modern style, our studio serves as an ideal base for your immersive Brussels journey. We aim to provide a comfortable and seamless stay for our guests. Below are the details regarding the amenities and supplies available during your stay. Welcome Amenities & Supplies We provide complimentary amenities and supplies upon arrival to enhance your stay. Please note: ● These items are only provided at check-in and are not replenished throughout the stay. ● Additional requests for these amenities and supplies will be subject to an extra fee. ● Many of these items can also be conveniently purchased from nearby stores. Towels: ● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. ● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee. ● For stays longer than 7 days: The first additional towel request is free of charge. The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Cleaning Request: ● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. ● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours: ● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET. ● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis. ● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET If you require any additional items or services, please reach out to our guest support team. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a pleasant stay! Guest Access: Guests are afforded complete and private access to the entire studio during their stay. This encompasses the open-plan living, dining, and sleeping area, the bathroom, as well as the fully-equipped kitchen. Every part of the studio is exclusively yours to use, offering you a private sanctuary in the heart of the city. Self check- in anytime after 4pm. Scheduled early check-in and late check-out at 1 PM can be arranged, subject to availability and an additional fee. Interaction with Guests: Although we won't be available in person, we're always just a message away. If you have any questions, need recommendations, or encounter any issues during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out. Despite its serene and laid-back ambiance, Grand Sablon is just a stone's throw away from some of Brussels' main attractions, making it a perfect base for your city adventures. The iconic Grand Place, Brussels' central square, and the Royal Palace are both within easy walking distance. Experience the best of Brussels from our apartment in the Grand Sablon, a neighbourhood that offers a captivating blend of history, culture, and culinary experiences. Getting Around: Navigating around this area is a breeze thanks to the extensive local bus & tram network. It's an easy and convenient way to explore all the vibrant neighborhoods and attractions that the city has to offer. Don't hesitate to embark on your city adventure via bus or tram! Other Things to Note: As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee of 300EUR to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions. This is just a precautionary measure to ensure that you have sufficient funds in case of any unforeseen damages during your stay. Please don't worry, as this won't be an actual charge on your card but rather a pre-authorization. We'll send you a payment link with all the necessary information to make the deposit 2 days prior to your stay. If your stay is less than 2 days away, we'll send it to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied.
