Towels: ● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. ● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee. ● For stays longer than 7 days: The first additional towel request is free of charge. The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Cleaning Request: ● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. ● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours: ● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET. ● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis. ● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET If you require any additional items or services, please reach out to our guest support team. This encompasses the open-plan living, dining, and sleeping area, the bathroom, as well as the fully-equipped kitchen. Scheduled early check-in and late check-out at 1 PM can be arranged, subject to availability and an additional fee. Getting Around: Navigating around this area is a breeze thanks to the extensive local bus & tram network. It's an easy and convenient way to explore all the vibrant neighborhoods and attractions that the city has to offer. Don't hesitate to embark on your city adventure via bus or tram! Other Things to Note: As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions. This is just a precautionary measure to ensure that you have sufficient funds in case of any unforeseen damages during your stay. Please don't worry, as this won't be an actual charge on your card but rather a pre-authorization. We'll send you a payment link with all the necessary information to make the deposit 2 days prior to your stay. If your stay is less than 2 days away, we'll send it to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied.
