The Space: As you walk into the living area, you'll find a spacious room filled with natural light thanks to large windows. The space is adorned with comfortable, modern furniture and a large flat-screen TV - perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Adjacent to this, the dining area boasts a contemporary table set for your mealtime delights. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. It features a clean, sleek design with ample workspace to prepare meals and all the cookware and utensils you may need during your stay. Your restful night's sleep awaits in the spacious bedroom, with a luxurious queen-size bed and ample storage for your belongings. The apartment also features a convenient workspace, perfect for those needing to keep up with work while away. Completing the apartment is the elegantly designed bathroom. Featuring high-end fixtures, a walk-in shower. Overall, our apartment offers a seamless blend of luxury, comfort, and style - a perfect base for your Brussels adventure. We aim to provide a comfortable and seamless stay for our guests. Below are the details regarding the amenities and supplies available during your stay. Welcome Amenities & Supplies We provide complimentary amenities and supplies upon arrival to enhance your stay. Please note: ● These items are only provided at check-in and are not replenished throughout the stay. ● Additional requests for these amenities and supplies will be subject to an extra fee. ● Many of these items can also be conveniently purchased from nearby stores. Need the Sofa Bed? Just Let Us Know! At Nested, your comfort is our priority. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we're happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance! To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date. If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics. Towels: ● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. ● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee. ● For stays longer than 7 days: The first additional towel request is free of charge. The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Cleaning Request: ● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. ● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours: ● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET. ● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis. ● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET If you require any additional items or services, please reach out to our guest support team. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a pleasant stay! Guest Access: Guests are granted full and exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes the one bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, and the fully-equipped kitchen. All spaces within the apartment are private and for your exclusive use. Self check- in anytime after 4pm. Scheduled early check-in and late check-out at 1 PM can be arranged, subject to availability and an additional fee. Interaction with Guests: Although we won't be available in person, we're always just a message away. If you have any questions, need recommendations, or encounter any issues during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out. Our top priority is your comfort and satisfaction, and we're committed to ensuring your stay is nothing short of exceptional. The Neighborhood: Situated a stone's throw from the iconic Grand Place, you're at the epicenter of downtown Brussels. Here, you'll find yourself captivated by the stunning architecture and vibrant atmosphere. As you venture further, you'll discover a wealth of attractions, museums, and galleries that promise a rich, immersive experience in this bustling tourist area. Sablon is celebrated for its exquisite antique shops. As you wander through the neighborhood, you'll uncover unique treasures in these charming stores, offering an unforgettable shopping experience. The area is equally renowned for its decadent chocolate shops. Allow your senses to be delighted by the enticing aroma of fresh Belgian chocolates that fills the quaint streets of Sablon. Take the opportunity to dive into the local café culture, where each café tells a story of Brussels' unique charm. Delight in the flaky pastries from a typical Brussels patisserie as you observe the world passing by. Getting Around: Navigating around this area is a breeze thanks to the extensive local bus and tram network. It's an easy and convenient way to explore all the vibrant neighborhoods and attractions that the city has to offer. Don't hesitate to embark on your city adventure via bus or tram! Other Things to Note: As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee of 300EUR to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions. This is just a precautionary measure to ensure that you have sufficient funds in case of any unforeseen damages during your stay. Please don't worry, as this won't be an actual charge on your card but rather a pre-authorization. We'll send you a payment link with all the necessary information to make the deposit 2 days prior to your stay. If your stay is less than 2 days away, we'll send it to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied.
