Located on the 3rd floor and accessible by stairs, this duplex apartment offers a cozy and private retreat in the heart of the city. Below are the details regarding the amenities and supplies available during your stay. Welcome Amenities & Supplies We provide complimentary amenities and supplies upon arrival to enhance your stay. Please note: ● These items are only provided at check-in and are not replenished throughout the stay. ● Additional requests for these amenities and supplies will be subject to an extra fee. ● Many of these items can also be conveniently purchased from nearby stores. Need the Sofa Bed? Just Let Us Know! At Nested, your comfort is our priority. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we're happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance! To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date. If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics. Towels: ● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. ● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee. ● For stays longer than 7 days: The first additional towel request is free of charge. The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Cleaning Request: ● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. ● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Due to its protected status, the building retains its characteristic narrow staircase and entrance door, adding to the historic ambiance. Entertainment: The TV is equipped with Netflix only; there is no cable TV available. Central Location: Being in a lively central area, the streets are often bustling with people and the sounds of nearby restaurants. It may get noisy, but we provide earplugs for your comfort. Check-out Policy: We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After this period, a late check-out fee will apply. Additionally, please note that any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
