If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics. Towels: ● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. ● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee. ● For stays longer than 7 days: The first additional towel request is free of charge. The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Due to its protected status, it retains its characteristic narrow staircase and entrance door, adding to the building's historic charm. Entertainment: The TV is equipped with Netflix only; there is no cable TV available. Central Location: Being in the heart of the city, the area is lively with bustling streets filled with people and the sounds of nearby restaurants. It may get noisy, but we provide earplugs for your comfort. Check-out Policy: We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After this period, a late check-out fee will apply. Additionally, please note that any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
