Its size is best suited for short stays, and it may not accommodate families or long-term visits. Enjoy tranquility as the windows face a quiet courtyard, away from street noise. Living Room: Sofa bed (180 cm x 200 cm). Flat-screen TV with Netflix. High-rise dining table for two. Large window for natural light. Kitchenette: 1-burner stove and fridge/freezer. Toaster, Nespresso machine, and kettle. Cutlery and flatware for two. Bathroom: Shower, sink, and toilet. Welcome Amenities & Supplies We provide complimentary amenities and supplies upon arrival to enhance your stay. Please note: ● These items are only provided at check-in and are not replenished throughout the stay. ● Additional requests for these amenities and supplies will be subject to an extra fee. ● Many of these items can also be conveniently purchased from nearby stores. Towels: ● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. ● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee. ● For stays longer than 7 days: The first additional towel request is free of charge. The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Cleaning Request: ● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. ● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a pleasant stay! Guest Access: Self-check-in after 4 PM. Early check-in and late check-out (1 PM) available by request, subject to availability and a fee.
