If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics. Towels: ● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. ● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee. ● For stays longer than 7 days: The first additional towel request is free of charge. The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Other Things to Note: Historic Charm: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building. Due to its protected status, the building retains its characteristic narrow staircase and entrance door, adding to the historic ambiance. Entertainment: The TV is equipped with Netflix only; there is no cable TV available. Central Location: Being in a lively central area, the streets are often bustling with people and the sounds of nearby restaurants. It may get noisy, but we provide earplugs for your comfort. Check-out Policy: We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After this period, a late check-out fee will apply. Additionally, please note that any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
