The 7-night setting reflects (hidden) search parameters only. A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions. Due to its protected status, the building retains its characteristic narrow staircase and entrance door, adding to the historic ambiance. Central Location: Being in a lively central area, the streets are often bustling with people and the sounds of nearby restaurants. It may get noisy, but we provide earplugs for your comfort. Check-out Policy: We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After this period, a late check-out fee will apply. Additionally, please note that any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
