Step inside to a bright, inviting living area with two large French windows framing the stunning views of Brussels' historic center and Grand Place. The apartment includes a spacious 180 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and a charming round dining table. The fully-equipped kitchenette offers: 2 electric burners Refrigerator with freezer compartment Toaster Nespresso coffee machine Electric kettle Cutlery and flatware for 4 guests The modern bathroom features a sink, shower, towel warmer, toilet, and ample storage space. Families with young children can request a baby cot (travel pack n' play) for added comfort during their stay. We aim to provide a comfortable and seamless stay for our guests. Due to its protected status, the building retains its characteristic narrow staircase and entrance door, adding to the historic ambiance. Entertainment: The TV is equipped with Netflix only; there is no cable TV available. Central Location: Being in a lively central area, the streets are often bustling with people and the sounds of nearby restaurants. It may get noisy, but we provide earplugs for your comfort. Check-out Policy: We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After this period, a late check-out fee will apply. Additionally, please note that any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
