The 7-night setting reflects (hidden) search parameters only. A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions. Due to its protected status, it retains its characteristic narrow staircase and entrance door, adding to the building's historic charm. Central Location: Being in the heart of the city, the area is lively with bustling streets filled with people and the sounds of nearby restaurants. It may get noisy, but we provide earplugs for your comfort. Check-out Policy: We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After this period, a late check-out fee will apply. Additionally, please note that any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
