It consists of an entrance/hallway with a wardrobe, a bathroom (walk in shower, sink, wc), and one large main room (20sq/m) with a small kitchen area, a dining/working area, and a sleeping area, the double bed can also convert into a single bed for more space or to use it as a couch. It was renovated recently. There is everything you need (bed and bath linen, kitchen utensils,...) and also enough closets and shelves for you to use. There is no AC. Location is very central and very safe: 2 minutes walk to Place Stephanie (shops, trams) 3 minutes walk to Hotel de Monnaie metro station 6 minutes walk to Louise metro station 10 minutes walk to Parvis de Saint Gilles 15 minutes walk to Chatelain area 15 minutes walk to Place Van Meenen (Saint Gilles city hall square)
