I'm subletting my adorable little flat in the best location of Brussels, only 3 minutes walk to Place Stephanie and Avenue Louise with all the commodities. Lots of natural light, morning sunlight, a view on the roofs, and quiet environment (one way street). The studio is 30 sq/meters, on the the 5th floor of a brutalist building from 1974, with elevator. It consists of an entrance/hallway with a wardrobe, a bathroom (walk in shower, sink, wc), and one large main room (20sq/m) with a small kitchen area, a dining/working area, and a sleeping area, the double bed can also convert into a single bed for more space or to use it as a couch. It was renovated recently. There are multiple studios in the building, so I am asking you to respect the peace and quiet of the residents, no parties or loud music. I am also looking for someone who is responsible and used to keeping their living space clean. There is everything you need (bed and bath linen, kitchen utensils,...) and also enough closets and shelves for you to use. There is no AC, no oven, no drying machine, no bicycle storage. Location is very central and very safe: 2 minutes walk to Place Stephanie (shops, trams) 3 minutes walk to Hotel de Monnaie metro station 6 minutes walk to Louise metro station 10 minutes walk to Parvis de Saint Gilles 15 minutes walk to Chatelain area 15 minutes walk to Place Van Meenen (Saint Gilles city hall square)
