Located in Tienen (Tirlemont) on a quiet street close to the city center and all amenities, this residence combines comfort, aesthetics, functionality and eco-responsibility. Completely furnished and hyper-equipped (including small appliances, bed linen, towels, maintenance products and much more), everything has been done to make you feel at home and make your stay as pleasant as possible. The outdoor layout also allows you to enjoy beautiful days, thanks in particular to the luxury garden furniture. There are three bedrooms, private to preserve everyone's privacy. The other rooms in the house are common areas and we expect from you to use them as a good householder, with respect for each resident and the neighborhood. Co-management is mandatory for this co-housing, which also requires to be eco-responsible (sorting waste, responsible management of energy resources, regular maintenance with suitable products, etc.). This living space is intended to be calm and serene. It is not a place for parties, gatherings, or unbridled evenings. Preference is given to students who are doing their internship, master’s, or doctorate in an Erasmus program. Not intended for first-year students. Rent: €500 + €200 charges (electricity, gas, water, internet, cleaning, ...)
