We have 7 private new furnished rooms in a house over 3 floors, comprising hall, 3 bathroom shower /sink and toilet , a fully equipped kitchen in common situated on the groundfloor of the house and a little furnished living room in common . The attribution of the rooms is obviously tributary of the availabilities of the moment. The rooms (+- 15 m2) comprise: bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains .We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a clean pillow and a duvet at your arrival . Wireless internet is included in the rent. There is a washing machine and dryer in the house A regular cleaning of the common parts of the house ( floors and stairs ) is done every 2 weeks. The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs aredived by landlord and tenant .( the price for this is +- 75 euro inventory in and +-75 euro inventory out ) There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year ). The rooms are clean and pleasant, furnished in a pratical way. General environment is convivial and sympathetic, the atmosphere is made by E.U.trainees and students of various European nationalities. Details of the house: There is 1 kitchen (on the ground floor), with dining area (ground floor). 3 showers (-1), and 3 toilets arranged over the different floors. 10 rooms in total (From #2 until #11). 1st floor: rooms #2, 3 and 4 2nd floor: rooms #5, 6 and 7 3rd floor: rooms #8, 9, 10, 11 The house is located closeby the city center and has all means of transportation nearby (bus right at the corner of the street, metro / tram station “Botanique" 1 block away, and train station “North station” just a few minutes away by foot). There are plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, bars, local shops etc. in the neighborhood. There is not washing machine in the house itself, but a laundromat just 1 street away.
