Lors de l’achat de notre maison en 2009, nous avions été séduits par son grand jardin discret (2.000 m2) et sa situation entre ville et campagne : à 8 km du centre de Liège et de sa célèbre gare, nous sommes dans un cul-de-sac en bord de Vesdre. Parking facile et gratuit. Transports en commun fréquents vers la ville et tous commerces de proximité accessibles à pied. C’est aussi un point de départ idéal pour des randonnées dans notre commune de Chaudfontaine, ou à vélo vers la ville, dans les bois, vers le plateau de Herve ou la vallée de l’Ourthe par les itinéraires Ravel ...
