The main feature of this property is the beautifully tended olive trees, which number around 450 and are very productive. A power line runs past the property, so that only a well needs to be drilled, as there is no water connection. Alternatively, a pipe could be laid from the nearest water pipe across the neighbors' plots. The access road is currently somewhat precarious, as the shortest connection to the north has become difficult to pass due to a storm.
