Bauland Plot Oliveto - CollesanoCollesano This plot is 22,000 m² in size, slightly hilly and faces north - the sea - and is perhaps 2 km from Campofelice as the crow flies. The main feature of this property is the beautifully tended olive trees, which number around 450 and are very productive. A power line runs past the property, so that only a well needs to be drilled, as there is no water connection. Alternatively, a pipe could be laid from the nearest water pipe across the neighbors' plots. The access road is currently somewhat precarious, as the shortest connection to the north has become difficult to pass due to a storm. Before selling, we need to clarify with the neighbors whether these 50 m could perhaps be repaired through a joint investment.
