With its large, comfortable bedrooms with privately bathrooms, our latest residence (fully renovated 2023) is a 5 minutes train ride to La Louvière, with direct connections to Brussels in 45 minutes. If you work in Brussels and are looking for a cheaper alternative to accommodation in the capital or a much quieter environment, or If you work online and only need the occasional trip to Brussels, it offers the perfect location at affordable conditions. The house is about 2 minutes walk to the train station. Closest airport: Brussels South Morlanwelz is a small city between Charleroi and Brussels This beautiful house features 9 large bedrooms from 16 to 22 sqm, each with its own private shower, toilet and fridge. A large common area with a cozy lounge and fitted kitchen (induction cooking plates, microwave, airfryer...) as well as a garden and bicycle parking is available to the tenants. Parking in the street is generally possible at no charge, and other parking facilities nearby make it a good place also if you have a car. Plenty of small grocery stores, supermarkets, snacks and restaurants are available in the neighborhood. Rent for 6 months is 450/month with all charges included. Please ask me the monthly rent for shorter period of time (minimum 1 month) Deposit is 700€. All charges included ( heating, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi), washing machine are available in the residence. Due to high demand, we'll treat in priority complete profiles.
