The house is located 500m from the Saint-Guidon bus stop, and 15 minutes by public transport from Erasme University Hospital. Each room is equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a chair and above all: a private shower and toilet room. There is a stay tax 1.10€/day. 💸 Practicalities: Room 3 in our Erasme house. The room is located on the first floor street side. It is approximately 14sqm and with an bathroom and toilet on the same floor. The room is fully furnished. The bed is 120×200 🍽️ ONLY WITH US, each housemate gets their own private fridge, a private cupboard, (closed with your key) and also private dishes provided. Deposit: Two months' rent required. Move-in/out: Hassle-free with walk-throughs available for 50€. ⚠️Contract Flexibility: Start on the 1st or 16th of each month, with bimonthly payments.
