La propriété est située à quelques kilomètres de Manfredonia dans la province de Foggia, sur la route menant à Vieste, au centre du Gargano. L'appartement fait partie d'un ancien complexe immobilier, de type ferme fortifiée, construite à l'origine en 1811 mais largement rénovée. Le complexe compte environ 12 unités résidentielles qui sont utilisées comme habitations. La maison est installée dans l'une des quatre ailes, dans l'ancien moulin à huile, aujourd'hui abandonné depuis les années 1960, et dispose de grands espaces. L'entrée s'ouvre sur le séjour, où l'on trouve une grande kitchenette équipée de tout le confort. Dans le salon il y a également un espace dédié au poêle à bois en état de marche, très utile pour se chauffer en hiver. En descendant deux marches, on entre dans une aile du bâtiment principal qui sert de zone nuit, où l'on trouve deux chambres, l'une légèrement plus grande que l'autre, ainsi que la salle de bain principale de l'étage inférieur. Un autre escalier de quelques marches mène à l'étage supérieur, où l'on trouve une mezzanine qui s'étend partiellement sur le séjour et peut être utilisée comme salon, salle de télévision ou de lecture, tandis que dans une annexe il y a deux autres chambres et la deuxième salle de bain. Les fenêtres, la coupole au plafond et les points lumineux fournissent la bonne lumière pour profiter de manière optimale de tous les espaces et commodités qu'offre le bâtiment. L'extérieur autour du bâtiment est entièrement dans le style de la campagne du Gargano, avec des pins, des oliviers et d'autres arbres agissant plus comme une couronne à l'ensemble que comme un cadre. Outre un jardin privé de 12m2 avec quelques arbres fruitiers et un espace pour un bon barbecue ou pour manger à l'extérieur, il y a aussi des espaces communs dont vous pourrez profiter selon vos besoins. Quelques minutes plus loin, comme nous l'avons dit, il y a Manfredonia avec toutes les commodités utiles à la vie quotidienne. A moins de quatre minutes il y a un grand supermarché de type IPERAL. En direction de Mattinata, à environ cinq minutes, nous avons la côte avec l'une des plus belles étendues de mer d'Italie, sinon du monde, où l'on trouve désormais des lieux célèbres tels que Vignanotico, Baia del Mergoli, Pugno Chiuso, Vieste, Peschici et le reste de la côte jusqu'à Lesina avec ses lacs. En se dirigeant vers l'intérieur des terres, encore à quelques minutes, nous avons Monte Sant'Angelo, site classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO et faisant partie du chemin de pèlerinage de San Michele, et nous trouvons également San Giovanni Rotondo où se trouve le tombeau de San Pio. Les plages aménagées et la vie nocturne ne manquent pas, surtout en été. La propriété comprend un petit terrain avec des oliviers et des amandiers. De Manfredonia il y a une liaison maritime vers les îles Tremiti (un paradis sur terre). Foggia, la capitale provinciale, dispose d'un tout nouvel aéroport qui relie les principaux aéroports italiens.
