A noise detector is in place in the apartment. It is imperative to maintain a peaceful atmosphere to avoid disturbing other residents or neighbors. Any excessive or disturbing noise is strictly prohibited. In case of repeated violations, the entire deposit will be retained, in accordance with the terms of your reservation and the rules. We strongly encourage you to contribute to the calm of the neighborhood by maintaining a reasonable noise level throughout your stay. Departure time is set at 10 a.m. Any delay beyond this time will incur additional fees of 150 euros. Also, make sure to follow the instructions regarding the condition of the apartment, tidying up, and returning the keys on time and at the agreed place.
