En direction de Mattinata, à environ cinq minutes, nous avons la côte avec l'une des plus belles étendues de mer d'Italie, sinon du monde, où l'on trouve désormais des lieux célèbres tels que Vignanotico, Baia del Mergoli, Pugno Chiuso, Vieste, Peschici et le reste de la côte jusqu'à Lesina avec ses lacs. En se dirigeant vers l'intérieur des terres, encore à quelques minutes, nous avons Monte Sant'Angelo, site classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO et faisant partie du chemin de pèlerinage de San Michele, et nous trouvons également San Giovanni Rotondo où se trouve le tombeau de San Pio. Les plages aménagées et la vie nocturne ne manquent pas, surtout en été. La propriété comprend un petit terrain avec des oliviers et des amandiers. De Manfredonia il y a une liaison maritime vers les îles Tremiti (un paradis sur terre).
