Other Things to Note: This property is offered under a minimum 91-day occupancy agreement. The 7-night setting reflects (hidden) search parameters only. A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. Security deposit: A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due before check-in. It is refunded in full up to 15 working days after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in good condition, all keys are handed back and no amounts remain outstanding. Any deductions for damage, missing items or unpaid charges will be itemised and explained in writing. Guest Support: Assistance is available from 9 a.m. to midnight, and extra cleaning can be arranged for a small fee. Check-Out Policy: Guests have 30 minutes past the 11 a.m. check-out time before late fees apply. Important Charges: Fees may be charged for sofa damage or unapproved guests.
