This architectural gem offers a historical experience with the most luxurious modern comfort. Fresh towels are provided upon arrival. For stays of 28 days or more, a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, is offered. A travel crib is provided upon request for 10 euros per reservation. If the sofa bed is requested after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics. Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee. For stays longer than 7 days, the first additional towel request is free of charge, and the second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee. Cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Locksmith services for lost keys have a charge of 75 EUR. Although the inside of the apartment has been updated to include all the modern features, the building facade has not been affected and hence there is some potential for noise, but earplugs are provided. Events, parties, and gatherings with a larger number of guests than the ones in the reservation are not allowed, and should this happen, the reservation may be terminated immediately with no reimbursement. A late check-out fee will be applied after a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges. Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.
